September has been another busy month at Videcon, with new product developments, industry events and plenty of opportunities to strengthen your product knowledge.
From enhanced access control and intelligent CCTV to fire detection and industry events, here's what's been happening this month.
Product Focus
Paxton PaxLock Pro2
The New Paxton PaxLock Pro2 is designed with installers in mind, delivering a reliable, straightforward access control solution that’s simple to specify and install.
Building on the trusted PaxLock platform, Pro2 introduces design enhancements focused on making installation easier, while providing a durable solution for standard interior and exterior-facing doors.
Suitable for standalone applications or Paxton10 and Net2 systems, Pro2 uses one product and one sales code, helping simplify specification and ordering across projects.
Concept Pro AE Range
The Concept Pro AE Series has received a major boost with a new firmware upgrade introducing advanced AI analytics.
Existing AE series cameras can now benefit from AI-powered human and vehicle classification, alongside analytics including intrusion detection, line crossing, loitering, region entry and exit, and people counting.
Best of all, the update can be applied to existing cameras, meaning there is no need for camera replacements.
Apollo Open Area Audio-Visual
Meet the next generation of Open Area Audio-Visual devices from Apollo.
Designed to be louder, faster and smarter, the new OOAV range delivers powerful audible and visual performance while making installation and commissioning simpler.
Whether upgrading an existing system or working on a new installation, OOAV devices are fully compatible with Apollo protocols, helping make integration seamless.

Industry Highlights
Women In Security Awards 2026

On 16th September, Videcon was proud to sponsor and attend the Women in Security Awards 2026 at Shakespeare’s Underglobe in London, joining more than 300 guests from across the security industry.
Now in its 14th year, the awards recognise the people making a difference across all areas of the industry. The evening provided a great opportunity to meet with customers, partners and industry colleagues while celebrating the talent and contribution of women across security.
As a sponsor, we were delighted to once again support an event that continues to provide an important platform for recognising the people and work helping to shape the future of our industry.
It was a fantastic evening, and we were pleased to be a part of it again.
That’s A Wrap!
That’s everything from our September Round-Up.
