Description

The proximity architectural reader has been designed to fit discreetly and stylishly into installations where aesthetics are paramount. The reader is manufactured using high quality materials and has three high intensity LEDs. Consists of two main parts, the reader and the insert. Two standard types of insert are available – glass and stone. We can supply the dimensions of the insert to allow the use of other non-metal materials (see the insert drawing in the web links box on this page). This gives limitless possibilities of installing a reader that is truly sympathetic to its environment.\n\nThe reader itself is also available in three finishes.\n\nPlease note, the proximity architectural reader inserts are sold separately and do not come supplied with the reader.\n\nWe have added Genuine HID Technology to the majority of our readers and they can now read HID 125kHz proximity tokens, when licensed with an activation card. If required, these readers can still be enabled to have Wiegand output, via a separate activation card.
